  • Excellent ability to surmount obstacles and work flexibly
    The robot adopts double imported motor six-wheel drive, soft rubber tires and reasonable center of gravity arrangement, which can limit the climbing of the blade with an upward tilt of 30 °, even in the case of extreme climbing angle on the surface of the blade with large curvature. The wheel can also rely on the girder and drive forward with one-sided wheel. Have the ability to move forward, backward, turn in place, turn around, and turn in progress. Equipped with two sets of wheels of different sizes, with excellent obstacle ability, the space is narrow to use six small wheels to travel, when highly rich, the use of a combination of small wheels and large wheels.
  • Accurate measurement, testing worry-free
    The robot body has a built-in high-definition camera and 10x zoom, which can view the interior of the blade in high definition. At the same time, two laser lamps are installed in the front of the camera, and their spacing is taken as the standard to measure the size and area of defects in the image by software, so as to realize the accurate measurement of defect size. The technical parameters are as follows: 12000 HD pixel photography, 10x optical zoom, real-time video recording and photography two。 When the robot can no longer travel, it can also increase the detection length by narrowing the distant image. 3. The camera head can rotate 360 °in axial direction and 220 °in radial direction, and the detection range can be fully covered. 4. Highlight the LED light, so that the robot can easily complete the inspection under all-dark conditions.
